IslandDrama.com, etc.

One reason I finally decided to start a blog of my own is hosted untastefully at www.islanddrama.com. Popping up about 5 days ago, this site paints a 'colorful' picture of my homeland at best. I had this idea- although maybe less gossip, more info- about a year ago. I was too slow to act I guess. It's always ideas that you think might not go anywhere that you wind-up kicking yourself in the butt when someone else does make it with them. Oh well. Life is full of that, I know.

Back to islanddrama.com... I regretfully type that I believe this site will do extremely well, that is, if the mysterious host plays it well (I searched for site registration for a name, yielding no results). Too many people on this Island care about the night-time activites of a select few. It disgusts me at times, but in all, makes for great reading and entertainment.

Today gas prices rose, and I had to laugh. People went crazy, babies cried and my dog actually came when I called her. I am grateful to have my little Honda scooter in which I get 100 mpg. While Kelly has the Jeep, slurping down 75 bucks a week, I'm shelling out $4 every ten days... But wait a second, I guess I'm the one paying for that $75 per week expense. Damn.

This Islanddrama.com thing really intrigues me. I'm going to keep my ears open and see just what I can hear about the going-ons of all this. And, if I find anything, you'll be the first to know. See, I had a great professor in college that really showed me how powerful blogging can be. From military blogs to entertainment, news breaks fast in the web log world. Good night.

Welcome

Because I wanted to. That is why I started a blog. Why not use the Internet to talk about the things that interest me and put to sleep others? For the few that actually will read my blog, welcome. Thank you for wasting a few of your seconds to learn about how I waste a few of mine.
